Log into your Jo Borkett account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items with all original designer labels and tags into the original shipping box or a secure alternative to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Dispatch
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a professional collection.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our atelier team inspects the returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
